Dua says that while she was figuring out what her next steps would be, York's service units, including the admissions team, guided her through her transition, answered financial questions and more.

"York emailed me about everything I needed to transfer and answered all my questions," Dua says. "When I saw my Transfer Credit Statement, it was easy to understand, and I was able to transfer all of my completed classes over."
